Early Monday morning the City of Oxnard Parks crew was seen trimming down palm trees in the downtown area. The people at work were on A St., between Third and Seventh Street. They were using large and heavy machinery to help reach and cut down the straggling branches. The City of Oxnard seems to be giving the area a bit of a clean-up to help beautify the Downtown Business District.
