Several police units and emergency personnel were helping victims of a major accident that happened at about 1:30 pm., Tuesday that involved several vehicles on the intersection of Oxnard Blvd. and First Street in Oxnard.
Because of the accident, all lanes south bound on Oxnard Blvd. were closed to help victims and conduct the investigation as who was responsible for the accident.
