A Ventura man has been charged with felony possession of drugs for sale by Oxnard police detectives assigned to the department’s Drug Enforcement Unit.

David Dyar, 51, was busted on Aug. 6 after Oxnard detectives got a search warrant for his South Pacific Avenue home thanks to an outstanding warrant for narcotics sales. With the help of Ventura Police Dept. drug dogs, detectives and officers found meth, heroin, fentanyl and several thousand dollars thought to be from drug sales.
